There is the Santo Tomas Hotel, which is hosted in abuilding with a very nice design and the interior has colonial style furnishings. The place is equipped with a swimming pool, a sauna a bar and a restaurant. Usually, it's packed at weekends. On market days they serve a buffet lunch for 13$ in a very fancy dinning room and the personnel wears traditional costumes. It's kind of expensive though (a room can get up to 99$).
