Yes, there are several hotels and Jungle Lodge is on of them. They have pretty large and cosy bungalows, with own bath (with hot water) and fan. The electricity runs only between 7am and 9pm. The ones without bath are cheaper. They offer full board but I don't recommend it (not very good food and small portions). They organize good Tikal tours, though. Prices vary between 21 and 99$, depending on facilities.
